1. What we collect

TODO: Enumerate data collected. During the waitlist phase this is: email address, signup timestamp, confirmation timestamp, and signup source. No name, age, or location is collected on the waitlist.

2. How we use it

TODO: Describe use. Waitlist emails are used solely to send one launch announcement after double opt-in confirmation (CASL-compliant express consent).

3. Location data

TODO: Once the app launches, document the tiered-visibility model and the 24-hour auto-deletion of live location data.

4. Minors

TODO: Document protections for users aged 13–17 and applicable law (including PIPEDA and provincial equivalents in Canada).

5. Third parties

TODO: List processors. Currently: DigitalOcean (hosting and waitlist storage) and Resend (confirmation email). No analytics or advertising trackers are used on this site.
